Arlo Solar Panel Not Working

I received the 4 replacement solar panels after month of dealing with support and getting them replaced.

At around 4 or 5 pm the charging icon on my batteries are gone since there s no adequate power supplied anymore so it reverts back to using battery power. I have 2 solar panels and 1 works fine and the other always comes up with the red exclamation. Tested on cameras that worked with the other working panels even resync cameras. For example my camera before sunrise had a battery charge of 91 i was using the live feed and it was on all day too and by the time sun rays were out of the cameras arlo solar panel view the charge was at 94 it is working really good the most important point i am getting across to you guys is the battery charge percentage did not drop.

As i said before one of my cameras and solar panel works fine it s the other two that are giving me problems.
